Developing the skill of being mindfully aware of ones experiences and state of being is vital to taking a proactive stance to creating and living in emotional and psychological (mental) wellness.

UCLA has been investigating and teaching on the idea and application of mindful awareness for some time now and while this resource was not part of the original workshop I have now added it to the resources page where you can find it in the future.

This is an effective resource that will empower individuals and their teams.

This is also a good evidence based resource for those who choose to provide supportive services to individuals.

An excellant resource and a foundational skill to a proactive plan, mindful awareness of our thoughts, feelings/emotions and developing the insight that allows one to begin to make that shift from reactionary to responsive engagements.
