Optimum magnesium intake might prevent ADD/ADHD, Alzheimer’s and mental decline

In my own journey I’ve discovered many things – the main one being that so called “mental illness” may have some biological influence but it was never a “chemial imbalnce”.
Nutrition plays a vital role in creating “wellness”.
This article offers some insight on the mineral Magnesium, why we may be lacking it, the issues caused by low levels of magnesium and some ideas on how to correct that for ourselves.
It is suggested that Magnesium 500-700mg per day for optimum health benefits.
